Childcare Centre

Clive Kennedy Homes completed a childcare centre in Coffs Harbour for 60 children built in a flood zone and built to all the regulations that are required to comply with what is necessary to open this facility. We have the knowledge to build and design childcare centres to suit the current regulations and requirements.

Cardiology Clinic

Clive Kennedy Homes has completed a Cardiology consultation building with all the requirements needed to comply with all regulations to suit this business and client. Designed to be a low energy building there are many systems used to save energy which contribute to lower the cost of running the business.
